This page says exactly what this site does with your information. It is short because the site does very little with it.

Who collects your information

NDE Construction et Rénovation Inc., a business registered in Quebec under business number 1180484660. For any question about your personal information, write to info@ndeconstruction.com or call 1-438-530-6813. The person responsible for the protection of personal information will answer you.

What we collect, and only when you write it

The quote form collects your name, your phone number, your email, your city, your company name if you give one, the project type, your budget and your timeline.

That is all, and nothing is collected automatically. This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics tool, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker. If you do not fill out the form, we do not know you came.

The territory map is no exception: it is drawn in the page itself, contacts no outside service and loads no third-party image. The site never geolocates you: the map does not ask for your location and cannot ask for it. Its outlines are drawn from the open mapping data of OpenStreetMap, used under the ODbL licence, and prepared once and for all before the site went live.

Why

To call you back, understand your project and prepare a quote for you. Nothing else. Your information is not sold, rented or traded, and is never used for advertising.

Who else sees it

Your request reaches us by email. Two providers carry it: the email delivery service Resend, and the site host, Vercel. They carry it, they do not exploit it. Nobody else has access to it.

How long

For as long as it takes to handle your request, then for the duration of the business relationship if a project follows. You can ask for deletion before that, and we do it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it if it is inaccurate, to have it deleted, and to withdraw your consent at any time. One address for all of it: info@ndeconstruction.com. We answer within 30 days, as the law requires.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you can file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

If this page changes

The date at the top changes with it. If the site ever starts using an analytics tool or a cookie, this page will say so before it happens.
