General contractor in Kirkland

Plenty of square footage, on a 1980s floor plan.

Custom builds, major renovations and home additions. RBQ licence 5865995401.

Space is not the problem.

Kirkland was built later than its neighbours, through the 1970s and 1980s, with larger houses and wide lots. Floor plans from that era partition heavily: a living room, a den, a closed dining room, a kitchen off on its own.

There is rarely a shortage of square feet in Kirkland. There is a layout that no longer serves anyone. Redoing these houses means redrawing how you move through the ground floor far more than pushing out exterior walls.

A project that is not on the list? Write to us, and we will tell you right away whether it is in our wheelhouse.

What people in Kirkland ask us.

Our house is big but badly divided. Where do we start?

With a plan, not with demolition. We draw the circulation you want first, then look at which walls can go and what that takes structurally. That is what keeps you from finding out mid-project that an opening is impossible.

Do you build new?

Yes, as much as we renovate. Custom building and home additions are two of our three main kinds of project, the third being major renovation.

Do you work outside your territory?

It happens. The territory shown is where we go without question. Anywhere else in Greater Montreal, write to us with your address and we will give you a yes or a no quickly.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope and on what we find once things are open. We give a schedule once the plan is settled, and we tell you when something moves it. A timeline announced before the plan is a made-up timeline.
