L’Île-Cadieux is a municipality of its own, on an island linked to Vaudreuil-Dorion by a bridge. Around a hundred residents, a few streets, houses set on large wooded waterfront lots. It is the kind of place where everyone notices a truck parked for three days.
That changes how we organize, not how we work. We group deliveries instead of multiplying them, we keep the site clean because it is in plain view, and we do not block a narrow street any longer than needed. The houses themselves ask what any waterfront building asks: finishing that stands up to damp, and materials chosen to stay outdoors.

Do you travel out for a project on the island?
Yes. Several of our employees live in the area, so L’Île-Cadieux is minutes away rather than the far side of a tunnel. The size of the village does not change how we work: we come and look, and we quote what we saw.
Do you build new?
Yes, as much as we renovate. Custom building and home additions are two of our three main kinds of project, the third being major renovation.

How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope and on what we find once things are open. We give a schedule once the plan is settled, and we tell you when something moves it. A timeline announced before the plan is a made-up timeline.
