Gaining room without changing address.

Pincourt is a small residential city with water on both sides. The housing stock is mostly bungalows and split-levels built between 1960 and 1990.

The lots are decent without being huge, so projects tend to go up or toward the back. One more bedroom, a bathroom upstairs. We work with what the lot allows rather than against it.

What people in Pincourt ask us.

We are one bedroom short. Is it better to add on or finish the basement?

It depends on who will sleep there. A teenager’s room in the basement works well if the window meets egress requirements. For a primary bedroom, upstairs gives a better result. We look at both before recommending anything.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope and on what we find once things are open. We give a schedule once the plan is settled, and we tell you when something moves it. A timeline announced before the plan is a made-up timeline.

Are you licensed?

Yes. NDE Construction et Rénovation holds RBQ licence 5865995401. You can check it yourself on the RBQ website, Quebec’s building authority, before signing anything.

What happens at a first meeting?

We come out, we look at what you have, and we listen to what you want to do. Nothing gets priced over the phone on a renovation: what is hidden behind the walls changes the picture too often.
