General contractor in Pointe-Claire
The Village on one side, the post-war years on the other.
Custom builds, major renovations and home additions. RBQ licence 5865995401.
Two eras in the same city.
Pointe-Claire has its Village along the lake, with older buildings and a tight street grid. The rest was built after the war, through the 1950s and 1960s, in good-sized houses on regular lots.
In those post-war houses the rooms are small and the basement ceiling is low. The projects we do here most often deal with exactly that: opening up the ground floor, and making the basement genuinely livable.

What people in Pointe-Claire ask us.
Our basement ceiling is low. Can it become a real room?
Often yes, but it has to be measured before anyone promises. Clear height, the run of the ducts and the condition of the slab decide the outcome. In some cases we gain inches by moving mechanical services rather than by digging.
What happens at a first meeting?
We come out, we look at what you have, and we listen to what you want to do. Nothing gets priced over the phone on a renovation: what is hidden behind the walls changes the picture too often.
Do you manage the subtrades?
Yes. The electrician, the plumber and the other trades go through us, in the order the job needs them. You deal with one person from beginning to end.
Do you build new?
Yes, as much as we renovate. Custom building and home additions are two of our three main kinds of project, the third being major renovation.
